The restaurant was good and the staff were HOSPITABLE.

It has very good location and rooms, free wi-fi.

We loved our time here. The hotel had a central position close to stores and other areas in Boston, especially Back Bay, Boston Commons, Newbury Street, Commonwealth Avenue, South End. Again, not far from a shopping mall. Early check-in was a bonus.

Its staff and rooms were very good that's why I loved the place.

The staff was brilliant, the restaurant was good. Bright double room with a good view, a really comfy bed, as example. Having different complimentary drinks in the rooftop bar was a very nice touch. Plus, I was able to park my car on site. The hotel was APPEALING, but I stayed for 3 nights only.

Came with my daughter, everything was perfect. The breakfast was good hot, they make lots of meals.

Nice room, exceptionally comfortable bed and good bathroom. Excellent service and an excellent restaurant, available onsite. Roof top bar and great pool.

Gorgeous location, unforgettable staff who made the stay luxury. Stunning room, besides I had an unbelievable view. Eggs, breads and yoghourt for breakfast were local and savoury.

everything was fabulous, admirable service and approachable staff. captivating view, a great balcony, amazing bed, too. we liked the proximity to the shops and supermarkets in boston. popular restaurant walking distance to the hotel. fine facilities and the pool was nice.

The hotel was known, and I loved absolutely amazing staff and fashionable room. Very central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from museum fine arts. It is set in a downtown area. Friendly check-in and special customer service.

I loved staff and location, which were terrific. Set so close to the center as well as excellent restaurants in the very very nice area. Also, Copley Square was placed at a small distance. Early check in and late check out. Lobby was beautiful. The stay at this relaxing hotel was a good one.

Nicely equipped rooms, highly professional staff, modern bathrooms. I got free upgrade and loved it. Breakfast had awesome choices and there were eggs, yogurt, coffee and bread. Unbeatable location to a city park;)))

Wi-Fi was terrible also the bed of mine was so bad.

Cheery and spotless place to stay in. The breakfast had lots of options and included coffee, breads, yoghourt and eggs. Magnificent views and gorgeous garden. Right by subway station, within walking distance of shops and supermarkets.

I had a terrific stay in a long time. Incredible location, outstandingly accommodating staff, amazingly comfortable rooms, absolutely fantastic breakfast. There were microwave, climate control and terrace in the room, liked that. It had very comfy beds and there was good pool onsite. Simple check-out was useful.

All good - I enjoyed my stay - food was gorgeous and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff was so very responsive and provided exemplary service. The location was brilliant, just a short stroll away from Art. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was glorious. The building itself was functional with a lovely garden...

Came in Boston to relax and have fun, this hotel was good choice for doing it. The restaurant was located within 400 feet. Worth its 4 stars.

The bathrooms are very small.

Well-appointed and well-appointed rooms, bright bathroom. Positive staff, fabulous stay. There was a great restaurant, a grocery store and a shopping area next door. Complementary drinks at main bar, nice service.
